Sneakerpedia, the World’s Biggest Digital Sneaker Archive Arrives
Want to witness sneaker history in the making?
From February 2011, join the world’s sneaker elite and celebrate the launch of the largest, most comprehensive sneaker library on the planet.

Fans of sneakers all shapes and sizes will be able to join the ever growing community of sneakerheads and become a founder of the biggest online sneaker collection the world has ever seen.

Showcasing unique styles, never seen before treasures and the largest independent collections by some of the world’s most ardent sneaker fans, Sneakerpedia, powered by Foot Locker has been created by sneakerheads for sneakerheads. A simple, easy to use search engine means sneaker contributors, fans and visitors to the site can look up limited edition sneakers as well as the collections from some of the biggest celebrities. Simply search by brand, stitching, linings, colour ways and even association for an education in all things sneakers.

With support from sneaker royalty such as Bobbito Garcia and Clark Kent as well as famous sneaker collectors from all over the world, Sneakerpedia will finally give Sneakerheads across the globe a place to showcase their most  prized possessions and share their passion for sneakers

Bobbito Garcia, DJ and bonafide sneakerfreak: “"Sneakerpedia is going to be MADNESS! I love the idea that anyone can participate, from serious collector to casual wearer to legendary designer to fitness junkie, my generation backwards and forwards. It will also help me out because now when someone on the train asks, "What kind of sneakers are those?" I can swiftly tell them, "Oh, just do a search for them on Sneakerpedia -and let me finish reading my newspaper, thank you!!"

The Sneakerpedia Beta Site launches on 8th December 2010. The official site will go live in February 2011. To upload your own collection or to just check out the crate of others visit www.sneakerpedia.com.  Follow the latest in Sneakerpedia news on Twitter @Sneakerpedia and http://en-gb.connect.facebook.com/Sneakerpedia.
